Via the folks at River Ave Blues, they have posted Bill James’ 2009 projections for the Yankees hitters based on who they have now.

James predicts that Cano will go back to his usual career numbers, Damon will regress slightly, Jeter will bounce back to his normal .305 average, A-Rod will have his usual 40 HR 100+ RBI season, Matsui, Nady, and Posada will all hit in the .270-.285 range. Swisher rounds up the lineup, probably hitting at .240, but giving the Yankees 20+ home runs. RAB declined to add a centerfielder as it is up in the air now.
