The Yankees announced Tuesday that prices for the exhibition openers against the Cubs will be the same prices as when the original Yankee Stadium opened in 1923 – $0.25 for bleacher seats and $1.10 for grandstand seats.

This is kind of cool to do this, although it is unclear at this time how many seats will actually be available for purchase.  The Yankees plan on making all seats in the stadium available to season ticket holders first.  Any remaining seats will go on sale for everyone else afterwards.  There are a total of 5,000 bleacher seats and 11,000 grandstand seats, so there is a chance a good number should be left over.
