I’m getting kind of curious what the Yankees plan to do with all these tickets they haven’t sold.  Today is March 19.  Opening day at the stadium is less then a month away.  The first game to be played at the stadium is less then 3 weeks away.

However, for some reason, the Yankees are delaying the sale of single game tickets and season tickets for any seat outside of the premium “Between the Bases” section.  You know, the seats that cost $325+ – the seats that no one is willing to pay for.

Does anyone have any news on what is going on with this?  Chris and I were able to buy opening day tickets at Camden Yards in about 4 1/2 seconds.  Yet, I cannot seem to get tickets for my beloved Yankees because of either stupidity or greed.  I think its the latter.
