I just wanted to share a quick piece of info I got from Sportscenter just now. With Carlos Delgado, David Wright, Carlos Beltran and Johan Santana (among others) on the disabled list, the Mets have a total of $82.8 million in salary on the DL. That’s more then 18 other teams total payrolls.
Ouch.
